01. An idea that touches everyone

Every family has old photographs. The people in them don't move, don't smile - they're frozen. LiveMemo arrived with the idea of changing that: using AI to animate family photos into short videos where loved ones smile, blink and look you in the eye again. There was no product. Just an idea - and we had to build it end to end.

02. The brief - build a product from scratch for a global market

The client came with no prototype, no code, no interface. We had to deliver a full AI SaaS product ready for international launch - clear UX, fast generation, reliable payments and infrastructure able to handle load from day one.

03. Full build - from concept to international launch

Product & platform

We built the whole platform from scratch: AI animation logic, photo upload, custom prompts, packaged pricing and user account. We chose a pay-per-video model without subscriptions - videos never expire, you buy once. That lowers the entry barrier for cold audiences.

UI/UX & website

We designed the site around emotional engagement. Example gallery, real testimonials, a clear path from first visit to first free video - no card required. A key conversion lever for cold traffic.

Product-led SEO

We built SEO for a global English-speaking market - semantics around photo animation, bringing old pictures to life, and AI video from stills. Organic traffic started within the first months.

Meta ads

We launched targeted Meta ads around emotional triggers - family, memory, lost loved ones. Global audience: US, UK, Europe, Australia. The campaigns drove awareness and direct package sales at the same time.

Result

Result - 50,000+ sales in the first year

In its first year LiveMemo passed 50,000 videos sold, with a 4.9/5 rating from users across dozens of countries. From a one-line idea to a working global AI product with tens of thousands of paying users.
