We are looking for a designer who can shape brands from idea to system - logos, identity, packaging, digital. Someone who cares about craft and details.
What you'll do
- Develop visual identities: logos, typography, color, guidelines
- Design key brand assets across digital and print
- Work closely with strategists and developers from kickoff to launch
- Present concepts to clients and defend design decisions
What we look for
- 2+ years in branding or graphic design (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio with end-to-end identity projects
- Figma, Adobe CC, basic motion is a plus
- English - fluent; Latvian or Russian is a plus
You will own client projects end-to-end - scope, timeline, budget, team. Calm under pressure, clear in communication, obsessed with delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead 4-6 parallel projects across branding, web and marketing
- Run kickoffs, weekly client syncs and internal stand-ups
- Track scope, time and profitability; flag risks early
- Be the single point of contact for clients
What we look for
- 2+ years managing creative or digital projects
- Experience with Notion / ClickUp / Jira
- Strong written and spoken English
- Bonus: background in design, marketing or development
