The LIAA Innovation Voucher programme supports SMEs developing a new product or technology with the aim of bringing it to market.
For SMEs developing a new product or technology
Important: the Innovation Voucher is not intended for a simple replacement of a company's website or visual identity. The project must involve the development of a new product, technology or substantial innovation in accordance with programme requirements.
Work potentially within Juice Digital Agency's competence may include digital-product UX/UI, prototyping, product design or technical development where those activities are eligible under the relevant voucher.
Support for companies preparing project applications for European Commission programmes. Support intensity 50%, maximum support €10,000.

This funding is not intended to pay for website or digital-product development. It supports the costs of preparing a European Commission project application.
Eligible expenditure may include staff involved in preparing the application and external technical, legal, accounting or project-management services, subject to programme conditions.

A grant does not usually mean that the entire project cost is paid on your behalf. The programme covers a defined share of eligible expenditure, while the company finances the remaining amount.
A grant and a loan are not the same thing. ALTUM instruments, for example, are often loans or guarantees that must be repaid rather than non-repayable support.
The actual amount of support is affected by the programme's maximum funding limit, eligible expenditure, VAT rules and other programme-specific restrictions.
Important: cash flow
A 70% support intensity does not necessarily mean that the company only needs the remaining 30% at the start of the project. Depending on the programme, the company may initially need to finance a larger share of project costs and receive support only after the relevant conditions have been met. The payment mechanism must be checked separately for each programme.
This calculation is illustrative. Support intensity, eligible expenditure and payment mechanisms vary between programmes.
Different programmes have different rules determining when costs become eligible. Check the relevant programme rules before signing contracts or starting work.
The fact that a programme supports digitalisation or innovation does not automatically mean that every website, design or IT activity is eligible.
Some programmes require market research, supplier quotations or another procurement procedure. Requirements vary by programme and contract value.
Some support is provided under de minimis state-aid rules. Check the company's available limit and other programme requirements before applying.
Find out when and how support is paid and what portion of project expenditure the company must be able to finance before receiving payment. Funding intensity and actual project cash flow are not the same thing.
