Building the Digital Identity of Latvia's New Generation of Barbers
We partnered with Fresh Out to create a digital experience that reflects the culture behind one of Latvia's fastest-growing barbershop brands. More than a website, the project became the digital foundation for a business built on community, creativity and a new generation of barbering.

- WEBSITE
- freshoutbarbershop.lv
A bold, street-culture identity carried through every page instead of a generic barbershop template.

ABOUT THE CLIENT
Riga's barbershop with hip-hop DNA
Fresh Out Barbershop opened its first chair in Riga in 2016 and has since grown into three locations - Centrs, Āgenskalns and Brasa - plus an in-house academy that has trained over 200 barbers. The brand is built on street culture and community, not the polished "gentlemen's club" look most barbershops default to.

The graffiti-covered stairwell at Blaumaņa 3 - the same energy the website had to carry.
CHALLENGE
A brand this loud deserved a site that wasn't quiet
Fresh Out's old website looked like every other barbershop template - soft edges, stock photography, nothing that hinted at the graffiti-covered stairwell or the energy of a Saturday afternoon in the chair. The challenge was to build a site as confident as the brand, without losing the practical job it has to do: get people booked in, across three locations and a growing academy.
APPROACH
Design the site around the real shop
Every decision started from the same question: does this feel like Fresh Out, or does it feel like a template? Real photography, real cuts and real barbers replaced anything generic - down to the smallest UI detail.
Carried the shop's bold typography and graffiti-stairwell energy into every page of the site.
Designed a fast, confident interface where booking is always one scroll away, on any page.
Gave the barber training program its own dedicated space with clear pricing and credibility signals.
Built a responsive site with a live location switcher across all three Riga shops.
HOMEPAGE
A first impression that feels like walking into the shop
The homepage opens with real footage from the Blaumaņa 3 location - no stock imagery, no soft gradients. Working hours, booking and the brand's tone are all visible before the first scroll.

SERVICES & ACADEMY
Every haircut is a real result
Instead of icons and generic service lists, the services section shows actual cuts done in the shop - low taper fades, modern mullets, buzz cuts - each one a real client, not a stock photo. The Academy gets the same treatment: real barbers, real pricing, no filler copy.

Services shown as real work, and the Academy given its own dedicated space.
LOCATIONS & CONTACTS
Three shops, one short walk
Centrs, Āgenskalns and Brasa each get their own hours, address and phone number, switchable from a single interactive map - no more three separate contact pages to maintain.

Expert Insight
Alex
CEO
They understood we didn't want a "gentlemen's club" website - we wanted something that felt like walking into Blaumaņa 3 on a Saturday.
OUTCOME
A website that finally matches the energy of the chair
Fresh Out now has a digital presence that reflects three locations, a growing academy and a brand built on real culture - not a template borrowed from a generic barbershop kit. The site carries the same confidence as the shop itself, from the first scroll to the moment someone books a visit.
