Jūsu Dzirde is a Latvian hearing care centre specialising in professional hearing consultations and premium hearing aid solutions. The company operates a showroom and consultation centre in Riga, where visitors can test their hearing, receive expert advice and find the hearing aid that best fits their lifestyle. Jūsu Dzirde is an official partner of Oticon, one of the world's leading hearing aid manufacturers.
CHALLENGE
Healthcare information should never feel complicated
Choosing a hearing aid is often an emotional decision. Many visitors arrive with little knowledge, uncertainty and dozens of questions. The challenge wasn't simply to present products - it was to organise complex medical information into an experience that feels clear, trustworthy and easy to navigate for users of all ages.

User experience before design
Before thinking about visuals, we focused on the customer journey. How quickly can someone understand the service? Where do they learn about hearing loss? How do they compare products? When do they feel ready to contact a specialist? Every section was designed to answer these questions naturally.
