A Modern Operating System for Shopping Centers
InMall is an enterprise Property Management SaaS platform built specifically for shopping centers. Instead of relying on disconnected spreadsheets, emails and multiple software solutions, property owners and management teams work within one centralized platform. The system brings together leasing, tenant management, rent roll, turnover reporting, utilities, customer flow analytics, forecasting and operational workflows into a single digital ecosystem.
THE CHALLENGE
Turning a Complex Industry into One Intuitive Platform
The project started with an ambitious vision rather than an existing product. There was no brand, no product language, no interface and no design system. Our challenge was to transform the complexity of shopping center management into an enterprise platform that feels intuitive while supporting thousands of operational tasks every day. At the same time, the product needed to inspire confidence among shopping center owners, investors and future enterprise clients from the very first interaction.
OUR APPROACH
Building the Product Before Designing the Interface
Instead of treating branding, website design and product design as separate disciplines, we approached them as one connected system. We first defined the product architecture, user journeys and business logic. Only then did we develop the visual identity, design system and user interface—ensuring every design decision supported real operational workflows.
Defined the product vision, positioning, messaging and functional architecture.
Created the logo, typography, colour palette, visual identity, brand guidelines and marketing assets designed to grow with the product.
Designed and developed the corporate website introducing the platform to shopping center owners, investors and enterprise customers.
Designed the complete web application including dashboards, tenant management, rent roll, turnover reporting, utilities, forecasting and customer flow analytics.
