Brand and context

The base information every prompt is built on.

Fill in the required fields in step 1 to generate the prompts.

Everything runs in your browser. What you type is never sent to a server and never included in analytics.

Why brand voice matters more in the AI era

Generative models are trained on public text, so by default they write the category average. The result is ten companies in one niche publishing copy with the same rhythm, the same headings and the same promises. Distinctiveness disappears not because the brands are identical, but because the tools are.

The second reason is scale. When one person writes, experience holds the voice together. When five people and three models produce content, only a written instruction does. The same applies to AI answers: models cite sources whose language is consistent and verifiable.

What this tool actually does

The tool is not an AI and never calls a model. It is a structured interview: you answer questions about the brand, audience, tone and task, and it turns those answers into eight ready-to-use blocks. Each block is written the way a language model expects: a clear role, context, constraints and a verifiable output format.

  • Brand voice profile - a compact description you can hand to a new colleague or a freelance writer.
  • Master instruction - the persistent context for a ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini project.
  • Task prompt - a specific request for one content format.
  • Constraints, a quality rubric and a self-review prompt - three layers that hold quality without manual editing.

How to use the generated prompts

Put the master instruction (block 2) into your AI tool's project settings: a ChatGPT project instruction, a Claude project context or a Gemini Gem description. It then applies to every conversation. For each task, paste the task prompt (block 3) as the first message. Once you have a draft, run the self-review prompt (block 6) in the same conversation.

The three creative modes (block 7) let you run the same task safely, distinctively or boldly. Compare the three versions and pick the one that fits the channel: safe mode for a legally sensitive statement, bold mode for an opinion piece.

Common mistakes when working with AI content

  • A prompt without an audience. If the model does not know who is reading, it writes for everyone and therefore for no one.
  • A tone described with adjectives. 'Professional and friendly' is not an instruction. Sentence length, form of address and prohibited patterns are.
  • Delegating facts to the model. Numbers, prices, deadlines and client names always come from a person.
  • Publishing without editorial review. The self-review prompt catches a lot, but not everything - the last reader is human.
  • An instruction that lives in one chat. If it is not stored at project level, the team drifts back to random results.

What this tool does not do

It does not develop positioning, run audience research or verify facts. It also cannot guarantee that a model's answer is true: a language model can state a wrong number with full confidence. That is why every prompt requires missing data to be flagged rather than invented, and recommends a human check before publishing.

Frequently asked questions

It is a written instruction that tells an AI model how the brand speaks: tone, sentence rhythm, vocabulary, prohibitions and factual discipline. Without it, every person on the team gets a different result, because the model defaults to the category average. With it, website copy, emails and social posts keep one voice regardless of who writes them.
