01. Veselības centrs 4 - Latvia's multi-specialty medical network
One of Latvia's largest private medical networks. A single ecosystem with 30+ specialties: therapy, diagnostics, rehabilitation, aesthetic medicine, Anti-Aging Institute. That scale is both the clinic's biggest advantage - and the biggest challenge for the website.
02. An outdated site, broken navigation, lost patients
When a clinic offers dozens of specialties and hundreds of services, the site has to move a patient from question to booking quickly. The old site couldn't. Outdated design, broken mobile and tablet rendering, no logical structure. High bounce, low conversion - the clinic was losing patients to its own website.
03. UX research, new architecture and a responsive redesign
Behaviour analysis
We started with data, not visuals. We studied how users moved through the site - where they got lost, which sections they skipped, where they dropped off before booking. That let us design navigation around real patient journeys, not the clinic's internal structure.
Redesign concepts and final solution
We developed several concepts and landed on one combining a clean modern UI with a strong information hierarchy. Every path - from specialty to doctor to booking - became short and obvious. We rebuilt the responsive layout from the ground up.
→ Traffic up 200%: the site became a real acquisition channel
After launch, organic traffic grew by more than 200%. Online enquiries and bookings grew with it. The new navigation and structure removed the key barriers - the website stopped being the reason patients dropped off and became a working acquisition channel. The redesign confirmed it: in healthcare, UX moves the business.
